I would like to commend Ryan for not only his work but also his knowledge on hot tub service. A problem I had with the lights not functioning on my spa something I had asked the previous company about for a minimum of six weeks. The tech, never the same person for any length of time, was always going to inquire to the more knowledgeable people back at the office about the solution. NEVER GOT AN ANSWER OR RESPONSE from the previous company. I mentioned it to Ryan and he pushed the control button through the series of lights and then the next push restarted the proper cycling.
The guy knows his stuff. I even feel better using the spa now.
